2025 Little League Rule Changes
Andy Stout has stepped down as Vice President. After 17yrs with ORWUA, the chapter voted on naming the scholarship fund after him now noted as 'Andy Stout Scholarship'. Andy has been a upstanding, strong individual to guide our chapter to what it is today. We will miss him and wish him the best.

2025 rule changes Rules 1.11 permits jewerly to be worn. Rule 1.16 stickers are allowed Rule 3.01 removes the PreGame Equipment check 3.17 allows one-way communication to the catcher while on defense rule: 4.10 run rule majors and below: 15 after 3; 10 after four 50/70 and above 15 after 4; 10 after 5 6:08 rule intentional walks once per game; no restriction on throwing four balls on the outside of the strike zone.
